How to integrate Honeycomb with Hotpot

Preparing Hotpot

1- On your Organization Settings page, enable the Honeycomb integration. On the integration configuration page, you can find the generated *shared secret* to be used with Honeycomb.

2- On your Team Settings page, select the Moment API tab and click New Webhook.

Select Honeycomb as the type and give it a memorable name.

You will need the "token" value for the URL of the webhook in Honeycomb

Preparing Honeycomb

• On your Team Settings page, add Hotpot as a webhook integration

Note that the "Webhook URL" is the value from your Team's Moment API (step 2 above) and the "Shared Secret" is from Hotpot's Honeycomb configuration (step 1 above).

• Add the Hotpot integration as a recipient of your Triggers or SLOs
