How to integrate Grafana with Hotpot

On your Organization Settings page, enable the Grafana integration.
Select the Webhooks tab on your Team Settings page and click New Webhook.
Create a webhook of type Grafana Moment, and another of type Grafana Page. Be sure to give each one a memorable name.
You will need the "token" value for each webhook in Grafana.
In Grafana, navigate to Alerting → Contact points, and create a new contact point. We'll start with the one to create Moments in Hotpot. For the Integration field, select Webhook. Then provide the token from Hotpot as the URL. You don't need to change any of the Optional Webhook settings or Notification settings. Click Test to make sure this webhook creates a Moment in Hotpot. Finally, be sure to click Save contact point.
Repeat this process for the Grafana Page webhook as well.
When configuring an alert rule, use one of the contact points (Hotpot Moment or Hotpot Page) that you created in the previous step.
