Hotpot's scheduler now supports multistage schedules: secondaries, tertiaries, etc!

Add a secondary for escalation purposes and map the same or different folks.

You can have as many stages as you like, and each stage can have the same or a different group of people. We've been testing this feature with customers for the last few months and are excited to release it today. You can learn more in our documentation.

☎️ Urgency workflows (and business hours)

Not every notification is an emergency. On-call tools often come with complex routing tooling and delivery options. Configuring on-call should default to best practices without learning a programming language, so we're happy to release our new urgency configuration today.

Configure medium- and high-urgency pages to match your needs.

You can specify an urgency when creating pages via integrations or the API. The urgency maps to the configuration shown above, allowing you to set behaviors such as medium-urgency pages delivered only during business hours. You can learn more in our documentation!
