Plans change, so Hotpot now allows you to remove the availability you previously entered. Did the trip get canceled? No problem! Pop in and delete that availability.
What if the schedule got messy and a few people helped, covering your shift in pieces? No worries, Hotpot can sort that out for you:
Have you already entered your vacation into your company's time off / HRIS system? Let's avoid doing it again in Hotpot via our new bulk upload availability API. This allows you to send us CSV files detailing any time off, which Hotpot dutifully protects!
Not all moments are equal. Some are hair-raising, and others are just informative. To that end, Hotpot now supports moment priorities.
Moment priorities are also supported in our Moment creation API.
We're a remote-first, geographically distributed team. Sometimes, you just gotta look at things in another time zone! This convenient, temporary time-zone switcher has been moved to the footer right by the dark mode toggle.
Hotpot protects everyone's time, even in coverage situations. Hotpot now checks your team's availability more when picking coverage, disabling anyone who is unavailable.
When you adjust the coverage dates, Hotpot rechecks the team and updates the listing, throwing you a little purple zhoosh to let you know.
